The Harts - Full timers

Over the last few years we have had a wide variety of repairs made to our motorhome by Duncan RV Service and Repair.  These have included work on solar panels, awnings, toilet, entertainment equipment, Aqua-hot, routine maintenance, generator service, and a serious delamination problem....... We have been extremely pleased with everything they have done and we wouldnt even think about going anywhere else.  All of the technicians are well trainer, intelligent, and great to work with.  Something we really appreciate is the good communications with the techs before and during the work in process.  The owner, Jim Deavers, is the smartest tech I have ever met.  And the extremely likeable, Angela, makes every customer feel at home.

I have a very nice 1996 Country Coach Intrige.  The previous owner smoked very heavily in it and the front TV and cabinets were old, bulk, and outdated.  Jim and his crew removed all the clutter and rebuilt the entire front end of the cabin and matched all the existing cabinets perfectly!  They installed a very nice 32" HD flat screen and an in-motion direct TV receiver.  They removed the entire headliner, replaced in set lights, coated the wood with a smoke killing primer and installed all new headliner.  It turned out absolutely beautiful!! 

I am very pleased with all the work done.  They even took all the time I needed to go over and make sure that I was satisfied and understood how the satellite system worked!

We wanted you to know how very pleased we are with the shower replacement.  Everyone on your staff made our visit a joy.  Alice and Angie were very accomodating, informative and helpful - always patient and with a kind word.

Without a doubt, however Bill, our technician was superb!  Bill worked with such dilligence being so attentive to details of the job.  He made us feel very sure that he was treating our motorhome as his own.  Living fulltime in the MH makes you want everyone to handle your "home" with care.  Our MH definitely got top treatment.

We think Duncan RV Repair has a GOOD thing going.  Keep it up!

Facility in a good location if you have to stay for the repairs, restaurants, laundry, markets, and Walmart all within reasonable driving distance.  Good deal also available for car rentals through Duncan RV.

 All of my issues were diagnosed and corrected properly.  Particularly impressed that my air bag problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired after I had spent two days in a  truck repair shop with them working on this same problem only not to be fixed and all I had to show was the money spent and grease prints on the dash and curtains from the previous facility.

I would heartily recommend Duncan RV for any type of repairs or service.  Their people are outstanding. 

FYI - My motorhome is 5 years old with 82,000+ miles on it.
